What makes this cacao “ceremonial”?Ceremonial cacao is 100% pure cacao paste, not cocoa powder or chocolate. It’s made from whole cacao beans — fermented, sun-dried, peeled, and ground into a paste without additives. It’s used in rituals, meditation, and heart-opening experiences.⸻Do you ship outside the Czech Republic?We personally do not have the capacity to serve Keith's cacao outside the Czech Republic but if you order from this link then you'll get a discount from Keith's website on your order.⸻Who is selling and shipping this cacao?This cacao is sold and shipped by Stephen & Kateřina Burford, a husband-and-wife team based in Prague. We’re supporting our little family (and our very active 15-month-old boy who also drinks this cacao!) through this heart-led offering. Stephen has been drinking this cacao since he met Keith in 2013 in his home in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. Kateřina started drinking it when she met Stephen a few years later.We personally package and ship every block, and we only sell what we use in our own daily ritual. This is not a faceless warehouse drop — it’s a family business rooted in love, integrity, and real connection.⸻Who is Keith?Keith is known as the “original cacao shaman” — the man who sparked the ceremonial cacao movement. Based in Guatemala, he’s spent decades preparing cacao with intention, integrity, and love. This is his original small-batch cacao, not a knock-off.⸻How much should I use per cup?Most people use 20–30g per cup (about 1/5 of a block). Stronger doses for ceremony can go up to 40–45g. You’ll get 4–6 servings per block depending on your ritual.⸻Do you really not charge VAT?Yes — we are a small business operating under the VAT threshold in the EU. That means no added tax, no surprise charges, and no customs paperwork. What you see is what you pay.⸻How long does shipping take?Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and ship from Prague. Most CZ orders arrive within 2–5 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s on the way.⸻Is this product vegan / gluten-free / organic?Yes! 100% vegan. Gluten-free. And while not “certified organic” (due to small-batch sourcing), the cacao is grown and harvested using natural, completely chemical-free methods by smallholder farmers next to Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.⸻Can I get a faktura (invoice)?Yes — just reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll send you a PDF invoice with all the required CZ details.
